動(dòng)勢(shì)-周洪濤個(gè)展上海同濟(jì)大學(xué)博物館展出

同濟(jì)大學(xué)博物館作為磚木混合結(jié)構(gòu)的歷史建筑，其改造設(shè)計(jì)最大限度地保留了建筑物的內(nèi)外部形式特征，兩層通高的室間，新舊元素對(duì)比分明，交接清晰。”動(dòng)勢(shì)”裝置通過對(duì)同濟(jì)博物館室內(nèi)空間的解讀與思考，采用動(dòng)態(tài)藝術(shù)形式對(duì)空間進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作與演繹。裝置通過氣流與薄膜材料的互動(dòng)，對(duì)空間打破與重組、扭曲與連接，產(chǎn)生了剛與柔的對(duì)話，空氣動(dòng)力與空間轉(zhuǎn)承呼應(yīng)，并盡可能使得裝置介入整合建筑的空間感覺，邀請(qǐng)觀眾參與互動(dòng)。裝置展現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)的想象空間以及創(chuàng)意的多種可能性，希望觀眾對(duì)空間、動(dòng)態(tài)、行為以及生存形態(tài)進(jìn)行思考。展覽提醒我們空間的營造方式，空間的擴(kuò)展形式以及大城市里人們對(duì)空間無休止的需求和欲望。裝置的風(fēng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)和關(guān)閉，使得觀眾目睹了裝置空間的生成，也使裝置成為了建筑中呼吸的互動(dòng)巨肺。展覽還包括周洪濤的小型《文本景觀》3D打印和小型曲木彎曲雕塑。

Momentum- Hongtao Zhou Solo Exhibition at Tongji University Museum， Shanghai

Tongji University Museum in Shanghai is a restored historical building from 1940 as one of the classic wooden and brick structure on campus. The exhibition space is very unique with two roles of concrete columns to separate the vast floor. Momentum inflatable installation respects the unique spatial quality of the building and explores possibilities of potential intervention to generate dialogue. It takes advantage of the transparent membrane materials and air flow to contrast soft movements in this historical concrete structure. The installation reorganizes the space by twisting, connecting, blending and interacting to create dialogue among materials and audience. It means to integrate the installation with the space property and demonstrate the imagination and possibility of modern art in a site specific museum space and provoke visitors to react to the space transition, material behaviour and the vary forms of our living space. Audience witness the creation of new space when the flat membrane was inflated and realize the expansion and endless desire of space in big cities. The on and off air flow makes it a living lung for the building. The exhibition also includes small scale works of Textscape 3D prints and wood bending sculptures from the artist.
